Duck has a wonderful flavour and Duck breasts do make for a great treat. However, Duck Legs are a less expensive alternative and although are best slow cooked, they are worth the wait.
Choose from a variety of sauces; Plum, Orange & Mint or Peking Style. For the purists we also sell our Duck Legs naked. Which ever you choose, you will not be disappointed and will certainly be ordering more!
How to cook Duck
Cook from room temperature. Pat the skin dry. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 90 minutes, basting regularly. Allow to rest before serving.
