Reared in free-to-roam barns from Red Tractor Farms in East Anglia, these Ducks are famed for their flavour and tenderness.
Duck Breast is a wonderful treat meat. Quick and easy to cook but also healthy (especially skin off) and delicious. This underrated meat can be served pink or well done but we recommend somewhere in between for tenderness and flavour.
Choose from a variety of sauces; Plum, Orange & Mint or Peking Style. For the purists we also sell our Duck breasts naked. Which ever you choose, you will not be disappointed and will certainly be ordering more!
How to cook Duck
Cook from room temperature. Pan fry skin down until crisp. Finish in pre-heated oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 6-8 minutes for pink inside, 15-20 minutes for well done.
