The Jamaican style Crown is stuffed with our Jamaican seasoned Sausagemeat and covered in a Jamaican Jerk sauce which packs a punch but isn’t over-powering.
How to cook Gourmet Chicken Crown
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 45-50 minutes. Allow to rest before serving.
