The Chickens come from high welfare farms raised in Yorkshire. Full of flavour and with non of the shrinkage during cooking, all our Chicken products are incredibly popular with our customers. Being such a versatile meat, we offer a wide range with plenty of marinades to choose from as well.
The double breast with the skin on makes a great roasting joint, when stuffed with our sausagemeat. This Honey and Mustard marinade is just the right amount of sweet and kick which makes it a delicious and moreish flavour. The perfect amount to feed two.
How to cook Gourmet Chicken Crown
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 45-50 minutes. Allow to rest before serving. Remove string.
