Cooking Tips
Roast: Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Roast for 20 minutes to start the crackling, then reduce to 160°C (140°C fan) and cook for approx. 25 minutes per 500g.
Crispier Crackling: Pat the skin dry, score, and rub with a little salt before roasting.
