Cooking Tips
BBQ: Cook over medium heat, turning regularly until golden and cooked through
Pan Fry: Medium heat for 15–18 mins with occasional turning
Oven: Bake at 180°C for 25 mins, flipping halfway
Air Fryer: Preheat to 180°C and cook for 12–14 mins for juicy, crisp results
Serving Suggestion:
Serve in a brioche roll with rocket and wholegrain mustard or slice into pasta for a summer twist on carbonara.
