Cooking Tips
Pigs in Blankets: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sage & Onion Stuffing: Bake in an ovenproof dish at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or stuff inside your turkey for added flavour.
Lincolnshire Sausage Meat: Shape into stuffing balls or sausage rolls and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Gammon Joint: Boil or roast for 25 minutes per 500g, plus an extra 20 minutes. Glaze with honey or mustard for the final 20 minutes for added flavour.
Rolled Leg of Pork: Roast at 180°C for 30-35 minutes per 500g, allowing the crackling to crisp up beautifully.
