The Chickens come from high welfare farms raised in Yorkshire. Full of flavour and with non of the shrinkage during cooking, all our Chicken products are incredibly popular with our customers. Being such a versatile meat, we offer a wide range with plenty of marinades to choose from as well.
We cut our stir fry strips from the breast meat, by hand. The leanest of meat and cut thinly so it cooks quickly, it’s a great mid-week meal ingredient in a stir fry, curry or fajitas.
How to cook Chicken Stir Fry Strips
Cook from room temperature. Pre-heat a pan or Wok and add a drop of oil. Cook the strips on a high heat for 2 minutes or until cooked through. Perfect for trying your own marinade.
