Based on Nene Park’s Rural Estate to the west of Peterborough, the Baxter Brothers have worked tirelessly to protect, preserve and improve the land, introducing breeds of livestock native to Great Britain, on pastures that are now rich with wildflowers, insects and wildlife.

This means the livestock enjoy their favourite food of grass, herbs and wildflowers, throughout their lives, minimising environmental impact and maximising benefits to nature.

The result is 100% grass fed Lamb, delicious in flavour and tender, succulent cuts, prepared by our expert butchers.

Lamb has several flavours it’s suited to; it’s such a versatile meat. Mint is of course the main one everyone thinks of and these well seasoned Burgers also have Feta Cheese inside to add something special. Hand crafted and pressed by our expert butchers, giving the burger a looser texture which will eat well as well as being juicy.

How to cook Minted Lamb Burgers

Cook the Burgers from room temperature. Either grill or fry. To Grill: Preheat the grill to medium. Place on the rack and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly. To Shallow Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry on a medium heat for 8-12 minutes, turning regularly.
