How to cook our Mini BBQ Packs
Cook from room temperature. Pre-head the BBQ. To cook the Sausages and Burgers: Place on the hot BBQ for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly. To cook the Ribs: For the best results cook in centre off pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes on 170°C, Gas Mark 3. Finish on BBQ to get the char-grilled flavour. To cook the Steaks: Place on the hot BBQ and cook 5-6 minutes each side. Serve hot.
