There are endless ways of cooking them as well, great diced or as they are but just remember that being lean, they don’t need cooking as long. How to cook Lean Pork Leg Steak

Cook from room temperature. Grill or fry on a high heat for 5-6 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Allow to rest before serving.
