Make your own Greek style Pork kebabs, the ultimate homemade fast food, from scratch. Best on a barbecue but great under the grill as well. Super summer food.
Dice the pork into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the oil, lemon, oregano and seasoning, mix well and leave to marinate for at least 20 mins. Soak the bamboo skewers in water to stop them burning during cooking.
De-core the Pepper and dice into chunks and thickly slice the Courgette.
Thread the cubes of pork onto the skewers with the peppers and courgettes. Brush any remaining marinade over the vegetables.
Cook the kebabs on a hot barbecue or under a hot grill for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally until evenly browned and the pork is cooked through. Serve with tzatziki and crisp salad.
