Our Minty marinade is sweet and very moreish and goes particularly well with the tender meat and fat from the Loin. The Loin of all animals, is the best cut and Lamb is no exception. Tender and tasty, it is best severed slightly pink.

How to cook Lamb Chops

Cook from room temperature. Place chops in a tray in centre of a preheated oven at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 for 15- 20 minutes. Turn halfway through and cook until to your liking. Can be grilled or barbequed for the same amount of time.
