Our Original Salami has a unique and lasting flavour, due to it’s long curing process, where the meat dries in it’s skin. Slice thin to top homemade pizzas, or why not add to a Baron Bigod and Sticky Fig Relish sandwich for something truly special. A classic for the charcuterie board too.

Description

Our Farmhouse Kitchen was where it all begin. Peter (or ‘Pewee’ as we know him) used to come to Grasmere Farm after work in the week and do butchery in the kitchen. Obviously, over time our kitchen has grown and grown and has been specially converted to meet the highest of standards. We are very lucky to have some talented bakers and chefs, who make amazing products every day.

Keen to give an authentic flavour, our butchers have worked hard on the seasoning of this traditional flavoured Salami. Our Original Salami is great on the charcuterie board as well as paired with cheeses on a cheese board. Goes well with Brie and soft, strong flavoured cheeses.
