A semi-soft cheese, which has a mild and butter flavour which lends well to cooking with due it’s excellent melting quality. Monterey Jack can be used in a variety of dishes but also goes brilliantly on the burger, such as our Pork & Apple or Beef Burgers.

Made by fourth generation cheese producer and mongers, who are multi-award winning and produce excellent quality cheeses. This cheese is made from their own milk, ensuring a quality product. Monterey Jack is originally, an American cheese which was made by 18th century Franciscan friars of Monterey.

Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated but best served at room temperature.
