Grasmere Farm’s Hampshire-cross Pigs are at the heart of our business. We breed and raise the Pigs on the farm in south Lincolnshire, using traditional farming methods which creates flavoursome and tender Pork. Made with prime Pork and a touch of garlic and rosemary, our Meatballs are covered in a rich Sweet n Sour sauce and small chunks of pineapple. Quick and easy in the oven, as Meatballs should be.
How to cook Sweet n Sour Pork Meatballs
Cook from room temperature. Remove from vacum pouch and pour into the foil tray provided. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes. Re-coat sauces half way through cooking. Best served with rice.
