Cooking Tips

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook for 12–14 minutes, turning regularly for even browning.

Pan-Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook for 10–12 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 190 °C (fan 170 °C). Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Serving Suggestion: Pair with creamy mashed potatoes, caramelised onions, and a splash of gravy for the perfect comfort meal.
