The fat in the meat, makes the meat moist and juicy during slow cooking, with the flavour only intensifying with added ingredients. This is the cut we use for our Thick Rib packs and King Ribs. How to cook BBQ Pork Ribs

Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre off pre-heated oven for about 2 hours, 30 minutes on 160°C, Gas Mark 3. The meat should shrink back on the bones. Finish on BBQ to get the char-grilled flavour. Alternatively cook for another 5-10 minutes in oven. Allow to rest before serving.
