Grasmere Farm’s Hampshire-cross Pigs are at the heart of our business. We breed and raise the Pigs on the farm in south Lincolnshire, using traditional farming methods which creates flavoursome and tender Pork. Our specialist butchers prepare each cut specially on site, selecting only the best for our primes cuts. Our reputation for producing delicious Pork is renowned both near and far.
Our amazing Pork & Apricot Sausagemeat stuffs the Tenderloin, wrapped in Streaky and then smothered in a Piri Piri Sauce. The sweet and spicy goes well together and is a popular mid-week dinner among our customers. Simple to cook but delicious.
How to cook Tenderloin Treats
Cook from room temperature. Remove from vacum pouch and pour into the foil tray provided. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes.
