Cooking Tips
Oven (Slow Roast): Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan). Cover and roast for approx. 4–5 hours or until it pulls apart easily with forks.
Slow Cooker: Place the joint and all marinade into the cooker. Cook on low for 6–8 hours until fork-tender.
Air Fryer: Sear at 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce to 160°C and cook for 1–1.5 hours wrapped in foil.
Serving Suggestions:
Load into soft brioche buns with slaw and pickles.
Serve over fries with melted cheese and jalapeños.
Toss with rice or serve in tortillas with avocado and salsa.
