How to cook our Autumn Saver Pack
To cook the Pork Chops: Cook from room temperature. For best results grill. Pre-heat the grill on a medium/high heat. Grill for 25-30 minutes approx, turn occasionally. Ensure juices run clear. To cook Diced Pork: Cook from room temperature. Brown off in the pan first and then cook in a slow cooker on low for at least four hours. Or alternatively cook for three-four hours on 160°C, Gas Mark 2. Best cooked with juices/sauces. Allow to rest before serving. To cook Rolled Leg of Pork: Cook from room temperature. Dry the skin thoroughly and rub salt into rind. Roast the Joint in a deep tray and cover with foil. Place in centre of pre-heated oven and cook at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for approx 1 hour, 15 minutes. For the perfect crackling uncover the Joint 10 minutes before the finish and turn up the heat of the oven. To cook Sausages: Preheat the grill to medium. Place on the rack and grill for 10-13 minutes, turning regularly. To cook Pie: Re-heat in a medium oven for approx 35 minutes or until piping.
