How to cook Rosemary & Mint Boneless Leg of Lamb
Cook from room temperature. Cook in the bag and roast on a tray. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220°C, Gas Mark 8 for the first 20 minutes. This will get the outside nice and crispy to begin with but remember to turn the oven down to 180°C, Gas Mark 4 after 20 minutes and cook at this temperature for a further 35-40 minutes.
