Our buyers select the very best Lambs from Markets in the west country. These Lambs are born and raised on the upland hills of the area which is famous for producing amazing quality Lamb. Our expert butchers then masterfully create the wonderful cuts of Lamb, ensuring care goes into every one. We are very proud of our Lamb and it is always popular what ever the time of year.
We use the leanest part of the Lamb (the Leg meat) for our Kebabs. However, Lamb has a higher level fat than perhaps other meats so these Kebabs do BBQ particularly well. The meat is marinaded in our Mediterranean marinade for at least 24 hours before which makes for a fabulous tasting Kebab.
How to cook Mediterranean Style Lamb Kebab
Cook from room temperature. Either cook on a hot BBQ or Grill, give each side 4-5 minutes.
