How to cook Diced Lamb
Cook from room temperature. Remove from packaging and pat dry. Brown the meat in a frying pan and then slow cook in a slow cooker on low all day or roast in a deep tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 120°C, Gas Mark 1/2 for 4-5 hours.
