Description
Bring the warmth of a countryside roast to your kitchen with Grasmere Farm’s Whole Shoulder of Lamb on the Bone.
Sourced from grass-fed Nene Park lambs, reared outdoors on wildflower meadows, this joint offers outstanding flavour and succulence. The bone ensures even cooking and adds a depth of taste that simply can’t be replicated in boneless cuts.
Each shoulder is hand-trimmed and prepared by Grasmere Farm’s expert butchers, making it ready for slow roasting, braising, or traditional one-pot dishes. When cooked low and slow, the result is juicy, fall-apart meat with a rich, savoury aroma that defines classic British lamb.
