Cooking Tips
Slow Roasting: Preheat your oven to 160°C (140°C fan). Season the lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, and fresh rosemary. Roast for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
Stuffed and Rolled: Create a stuffing of herbs, garlic, and breadcrumbs, spread over the meat, then roll and tie securely. Slow roast at 160°C (140°C fan) for 2-3 hours, allowing the flavours to infuse.
