Cooking & Serving Tips

Slow Roast: Pre-heat oven to 160 °C (fan 140 °C). Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Roast for 2–2½ hours until tender and golden.

Barbecue: Marinate overnight, then grill on medium heat for 15–20 minutes, basting regularly.
