A unique brie, from Pays de la Loire in France and smoked by one of our cheese mongers in England. A creamy, smoky flavour without being overpowering. Try with fresh grapes or in a salad. A relatively inexpensive brie, which melts well so good for cooking with as well.

An unusual brie, specially Smoked by one of our cheesemongers. They gently smoke a mild brie, from Pays de la Loire, over oak chippings. This gorgeous brie has a milky flavour with a hint of hazelnut and creamy texture. Pairs well with a Red Wine and melts well, so try in a cauliflower cheese or alike. Great in a fresh salad.

Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated but best served at room temperature.
