Pecorino Romano

A cheese with a history dating back to Roman times (as the name suggests) and is still made today, using traditional methods. It’s granular texture and punchy flavour are the result of maturity of the cheese and is a great cooking cheese, as an alternative to Parmesan. A truly Italian cheese which naturally goes well with Negroni Prosciutto Crudo.

All pieces are hand cut and weight approx.
