A robust, full flavoured cheddar, which has buttery notes and a soft creamy texture which is retained in the black wax outer. It’s bite is to revile that of other British mature cheddars and a must on a cheese board but also great in a proper sandwich. Saints & Sinners Cheeseboard chutney balances the strength of this cheddar and the pair go exquisitely with our very own Lincolnshire Tea Loaf.

Now made in Lancashire, to the original recipe, this famous cheddar was originally produced in Lincolnshire to honour the 617 squadron, who were based in the country during world war two.

Each piece is wrapped and then put in a bag. Keep refrigerated but best served at room temperature.
