Easy to carve but still on the bone, we have done the hard work and removed the spine. This half spatchcock is easy to cook and perfect for two people. Especially for those who want something more than just a BBQ flavour, we have added the ever popular Jim Beam® Bourbon Sauce. The sticky BBQ marinade goes well with the complex flavours of the Jim Beam® Bourbon Sauce.
How to cook Half Spatchcock Chicken
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 or BBQ for 25-35 minutes. It is advised you baste the spatchcock occasionally with it’s own liquid and sauce that are in the pan during cooking. Allow to rest before serving.
