The Chickens come from high welfare farms raised in south-east. Full of flavour and with non of the shrinkage during cooking, all our Chicken products are incredibly popular with our customers. Being such a versatile meat, we offer a wide range with plenty of marinades to choose from as well.
A fine mix of Tomato and Herb make our Italian marinade a touch of the Mediterranean. We use thigh meat for our Chicken Kebabs for extra flavour and are great for the BBQ.
How to cook Italian Style Chicken Kebab
Cook from room temperature. Either cook on a hot BBQ or Grill, give each side 4-5 minutes.
