Our Cranberry and Orange stuffing is a great twist to the traditional stuffing choice but we obviously had to keep the Lincolnshire Chipolata. Wrapped in our award winning Dry-cured Smoked Streaky Bacon for extra flavour.
How to cook Chicken Roastie
Cook from room temperature. Cook in centre of oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 for 25-35 minutes. It is advised you baste the breasts occasionally with it’s own liquid and sauce that are in the pan during cooking. Allow to rest before serving.
