How to cook Aromatic Oriental Style Lamb Leg Steaks
Cook from room temperature. We advise you further rub the marinade into the meat on both sides before cooking. Either cook on a hot BBQ or Grill, give each side 4-5 minutes. Allow to rest before serving.
