Made by Simon, a chef who works in our Deeping store, this homemade marinade has proved a hit for our Aromatic Leg Steaks. Each joint comes in a cook-in-the-bag to seal in the vivid flavours of this delightful marinade. Serve with peppers, onions, tomatoes and maybe rice for a really easy meal.
How to cook Aromatic Oriental Style Boneless Leg of Lamb
Cook from room temperature. Roast on a tray. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220°C, Gas Mark 8 for the first 20 minutes. This will get the outside nice and crispy to begin with but remember to turn the oven down to 180°C, Gas Mark 4 after 20 minutes and cook at this temperature for a further 35-40 minutes.
